These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Alt Tab S.A.S ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in El Salvador, C.A. By purchasing or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Alt Tab S.A.S provides online business support services to small businesses, including but not limited to: marketing assistance, bookkeeping and accounting support, tax document preparation guidance, administrative liaison services, and general business operations consulting. All services are delivered remotely and online.
Alt Tab S.A.S is not a licensed accounting firm, law firm, financial advisor, or tax professional. Our services are general in nature and do not constitute professional legal, tax, financial, or accounting advice.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business.
Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Charges are billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. By providing payment information, you authorize Alt Tab S.A.S to charge the applicable subscription fee on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation.
Services are delivered entirely online via email, video calls, shared documents, and messaging platforms. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results from our services.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including tax fraud, money laundering, misrepresentation of business activities, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
Deliverables created by Alt Tab S.A.S on your behalf remain the property of the client upon full payment. Our proprietary processes and methodologies remain the property of Alt Tab S.A.S.
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver services or comply with legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alt Tab S.A.S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will produce specific business results.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days' written notice. We reserve the right to immediately terminate services for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of El Salvador. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of San Salvador, El Salvador, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Active clients will be notified via email at least 14 days before changes take effect.

Estos Términos de Servicio ("Términos") rigen el uso de los servicios proporcionados por Alt Tab S.A.S ("Empresa," "nosotros" o "nuestro"), empresa registrada en El Salvador, C.A. Al contratar o utilizar cualquiera de nuestros servicios, aceptas quedar vinculado por estos Términos.
Alt Tab S.A.S presta servicios de apoyo empresarial en línea a pequeñas empresas, incluyendo entre otros: asistencia en marketing, apoyo en contabilidad y teneduría de libros, orientación en preparación de documentos fiscales, servicios de enlace administrativo y consultoría general de operaciones empresariales. Todos los servicios se brindan de forma remota y en línea.
Alt Tab S.A.S no es una firma de contabilidad licenciada, despacho de abogados, asesor financiero ni profesional fiscal. Nuestros servicios son de carácter general y no constituyen asesoramiento profesional legal, fiscal, financiero ni contable.
Debes tener al menos 18 años de edad y tener la autoridad legal para suscribir este acuerdo en nombre propio o de tu empresa.
Los servicios se ofrecen bajo suscripción mensual. Los cargos se facturan al inicio de cada ciclo de facturación. Al proporcionar información de pago, autorizas a Alt Tab S.A.S a cobrar la tarifa de suscripción correspondiente de forma recurrente mensual hasta la cancelación.
Los servicios se brindan completamente en línea mediante correo electrónico, videollamadas, documentos compartidos y plataformas de mensajería. No garantizamos resultados específicos derivados de nuestros servicios.
Aceptas no utilizar nuestros servicios para fines ilícitos, incluyendo fraude fiscal, lavado de dinero, falsedad en actividades comerciales o cualquier actividad que infrinja las leyes aplicables.
Los entregables creados por Alt Tab S.A.S en tu nombre pasan a ser propiedad del cliente una vez realizados los pagos completos. Nuestros procesos y metodologías propietarias permanecen como propiedad de Alt Tab S.A.S.
Tratamos toda la información del cliente como confidencial y no la compartiremos con terceros, excepto cuando sea necesario para la prestación de servicios o el cumplimiento de obligaciones legales.
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Alt Tab S.A.S no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales ni consecuentes. Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá el monto pagado por ti en los tres (3) meses anteriores al reclamo.
Los servicios se brindan "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo. No garantizamos que nuestros servicios produzcan resultados empresariales específicos.
Cualquiera de las partes puede dar por terminada la relación de servicios con 30 días de aviso escrito. Nos reservamos el derecho de terminar los servicios de inmediato por violación de estos Términos, incumplimiento de pago o actividad fraudulenta.
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de la República de El Salvador. Cualquier disputa se resolverá en los tribunales competentes de San Salvador, El Salvador, salvo acuerdo escrito en contrario.
Podemos actualizar estos Términos periódicamente. Los clientes activos serán notificados por correo electrónico con al menos 14 días de anticipación antes de que los cambios entren en vigencia.
